Cooper Webb | Lake Travis High School Baseball | University of Texas Commit
As an Austin senior photographer, one of my favorite sessions to capture is athletes in their element… and Cooper’s session was exactly that.
Cooper is a senior at Lake Travis High School and a University of Texas baseball commit, which made this session even more meaningful. When planning his Lake Travis High School senior photos, we wanted to highlight both his time on the field and what’s ahead.
We started on the baseball field at Lake Travis, where so much of his story has taken place. Sessions like this are what I love most about baseball senior photos in Austin… there’s a natural confidence that comes from being in a space they’ve spent years in.
From there, we transitioned to Common Ford Ranch Metropolitan Park for a completely different look. The open field and golden light gave us that signature glow that so many of my seniors love, and it paired perfectly with the more structured feel of the field.
As a Lake Travis High School senior photographer, I always encourage seniors to incorporate both personal and scenic locations. It creates a gallery that feels complete… not just a session, but a story.
Cooper made this one easy. Excited to see what’s next for him at Texas.
Planning Your Lake Travis Senior Photos
If you’re a senior at Lake Travis High School (or a parent planning ahead), here are a few things to think about...
Best locations for Lake Travis seniors:
Common Ford Ranch for that golden field, sunset look
Downtown Austin for a more urban feel
Your sport-specific location (like the baseball field) to tell your story
Best time of day: Golden hour is everything if you’re wanting that warm, glowy look most of my seniors love
What to wear: Start with something that reflects your personality, then build in one elevated look and one casual look for variety
